Real Estate Finance Senior Associate The candidate should have a high level of academic achievement, solid large law firm experience practicing real estate finance law, and superb writing and communication skills. Should ideally have 5+ years of broad real estate finance experience. Experience in loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity, is preferred, as well as asset management and workout experience. Requisite experience includes: running transactions on behalf of lenders from inception through closing and post-closing, including secondary market repurchase facility work and other exit strategies.
