Law Firm is looking for an experienced Attorney to join our team. The Attorney will work in Commercial Debt Collections, Commercial Litigation, Judgment Domestication and Enforcement, Attorney A/R Review, and Subrogation.

The ideal candidate should have:

A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school

A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation or collections

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Thorough knowledge of applicable state and federal laws

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work load

High degree of proficiency in the use of computer systems

Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently


Responsibilities:

Intake new cases, communicate with clients, develop and implement litigation strategies, attend court hearings, depositions and trials, and effectuate settlements.

Analyze legal documents and research applicable laws.

Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other legal memoranda.

Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.

Represent firm at court hearings, depositions, and trials.

Provide advice to clients on legal matters.

Develop and implement litigation strategies.

Monitor legal developments and keep abreast of changes in the law.

Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure efficient and effective case management.

$70,000-$120,000

From your home, and with access to our firm's technology suite, you collaborate with our litigation staff to intake new cases, communicate with clients, develop and implement litigation strategies, attend court hearings, depositions and trials, and effectuate settlements. Additionally, there are merit-based bonuses paid twice a year.
