The Ideal Candidate:

• Has 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably with experience in financial services litigation.

• Is licensed to practice law in Ohio and in good standing.

• Has experience drafting pleadings and participating in discovery strategy.

• Possesses excellent research and analytical skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Is dedicated to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Assist our team in representing clients in commercial litigation, including working with financial institution clients and handling state, federal, and appellate actions.

• Prepare for trials and evidentiary hearings.

• Meet and confer with opposing counsel as a representative of our clients and firm.
