As an Associate in our Government Investigations & White Collar Defense team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced shareholders and participate in business development, client-facing, and government-facing activities. You will also have the chance to collaborate with a diverse and multidisciplinary team, gaining exposure to a wide range of complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal matters.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and draft briefs
- Participate in client and government-facing activities
- Work closely with shareholders on business development initiatives
- Handle a combination of civil litigation and white-collar criminal matters

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in civil, government investigations, and/or white-collar criminal defense
- Exposure to SEC enforcement matters, internal investigations, False Claims Act matters, and/or Foreign Corrupt Practices Act defense is preferred
- Strong research and brief writing skills
- . degree with strong academic credentials
- Admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois
