- Admission to the Michigan state bar
- 1-3 years of experience practicing commercial litigation
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

- Drafting and filing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conducting research and attending witness interviews, client meetings, and court hearings
- Analyzing case information to develop strategies and provide guidance on complex legal issues
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on commercial disputes, risk management, and litigation avoidance
