Law firm in Century City is looking for a Corporate Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our expanding team. This is a full-time role with an anticipated salary of $230,000 to $265,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate joint ventures, including preferred equity joint ventures
- Draft LLC agreements, LP agreements, and other related documentation
- Assist with fund formation for real estate, venture, and/or private equity
- Participate in M&A transactions, including asset and equity purchases
- Familiarize with securities transactional and regulatory matters, including compliance with various acts and regulations

Requirements:
- Excellent academic credentials and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with prior client interaction preferred
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude
- Admission to the State Bar of California
- AmLaw 200 firm experience preferred
