## Role and Responsibilities
The Family Law Associate Attorney will join our Family Law Practice Area Group (PAG) serving clients in Cherokee County and the Upstate of South Carolina.

The Family Law Associate Attorney will be responsible for new client consultations, attending court, mediations, and depositions, researching and preparing cases for court, case reviews, PAG team trainings, communicating with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing, ensuring the ultimate client experience, current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service, and being comfortable with handling a high volume of cases.

## Qualifications
The selected candidate must be a licensed member of the South Carolina Bar, in good standing. Previous law firm and litigation experience is preferred, but all levels will be considered.
