Transactions Team Attorney
The candidate must have primary experience with general corporate and commercial contract law. Should ideally have firm and/or in-house counsel experience handling corporate and transactional matters. Additional areas of interest include corporate governance matters, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and securities law (1933 and 1934 Act matters). Should ideally have 8+ years of experience. Those with experience in trademarks, SAAS Agreements/licensing agreements, or data privacy will also be considered. Those fluent in Japanese or Spanish are highly sought. CA Bar admission is required. Must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills.
