Karr Tuttle Campbell, a leading mid-sized law firm in Seattle, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business/Corporate Paralegal Trainee to join their friendly and fast-paced team. The Paralegal Trainee will support the business/corporate paralegal team, attorneys, and other legal staff. This role requires the ability to manage and prioritize a heavy workload, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn and grow within the firm. The trainee will have the opportunity to be trained and mentored by experienced attorneys and corporate paralegals. This is a hybrid/remote position, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Essential duties for this role include forming, qualifying, and dissolving corporate entities, applying for client registrations, drafting legal documents, managing transaction closings, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and excellent attention to detail. A paralegal certification is a plus.

Skills required for this position include the ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality. The candidate should also have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, be able to handle multiple assignments and prioritize deadlines, and have advanced computer skills. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Mimecast is preferred.

Karr Tuttle Campbell offers a great working environment and stability. The salary for this position is DOE and ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
