Fox Rothschild, a leading law firm with multiple offices across the United States, is currently seeking an experienced Patent Litigation Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in intellectual property matters to join a dynamic and prestigious firm.

The ideal candidate for this position will have four to six years of experience in a full range of intellectual property matters. This includes drafting substantive briefs involving patent issues, summary judgment, and motions to dismiss. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications for this position include a and a current license to practice law in the state where the office is located. Preference will be given to candidates with a technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, though we will also consider candidates with a background in Chemistry, Biology, or Mechanical Engineering. USPTO registration and experience in post-grant trials at the USPTO PTAB are also preferred.

The salary range for this position varies based on factors such as experience, education, and location. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $205,000 - $260,000 in California and $210,000 - $265,000 in New York.
