This position will primarily handle litigation in federal court, including pleading preparation, evidence review, motion practice, discovery, settlement negotiations, and attending hearings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills and must be a member in good standing of the bar of the highest court of any state of the United States or of the District of Columbia.
