The Position

As a Litigation Attorney with our firm, you will have the opportunity to handle a wide range of litigated matters, including contested motions, appeals, and evidentiary hearings. We are looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to work alongside other high-level attorneys.

Responsibilities

- Draft motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
- Conduct legal research
- Appear in court for various proceedings, including contested motions and evidentiary hearings
- Respond to discovery requests and engage in motion practice
- Manage all aspects of contested cases, including devising and executing legal strategies

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience handling contested motion practice independently
- Admission to practice law in the state of New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve legal issues
- Capacity to handle a heavy workload and produce high-quality legal work
