#Consumer Protection/FTC Team - Associate Alston & Bird is looking for an experienced associate with 4 to 5+ years’ experience in investigations and litigation to join their Consumer Protection/FTC team, within the Litigation & Trial Practice group. This position is available in the Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DC offices. ##Experience Requirements The ideal candidate will have previous agency experience in the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, or in private practice handling regular matters before the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection in areas such as marketing and advertising, financial practices, and privacy.
