#Consumer Protection/FTC Team - Associate

Alston & Bird is looking for an experienced associate with 4 to 5+ years’ experience in investigations and litigation to join their Consumer Protection/FTC team, within the Litigation & Trial Practice group. This position is available in the Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DC offices.

##Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous agency experience in the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, or in private practice handling regular matters before the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection in areas such as marketing and advertising, financial practices, and privacy. Experience in the FTC’s Bureau of Competition is not applicable to this role.

##Qualifications

Applicants must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.

##Salary Information

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
