- Must be admitted to practice in California and have 2-7 years of experience representing healthcare providers
- Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits preferred

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree required
- 2-7 years of experience in healthcare law preferred, but open to attorneys with substantive litigation experience
