The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have 1+ years of experience in marital and family law matters. Positive mindset and be hard-working, and self-motivated, demonstrate a professional demeanor and a passion for the practice of family law. Must also have trial experience and the ability to manage multiple cases with conflicting deadlines and time pressures. Responsibilities will include all aspects of a client’s case, including communicating with clients, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for and attendance at hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials.
