## Senior Business Litigation Attorney Romano Law is looking for a stellar Senior Business Litigation Attorney to join our team. We are looking for an experienced attorney with at least 10 full years of experience litigating commercial disputes. This position requires the attorney to be licensed to practice law in New York, Florida and/or California and have experience drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and motions. ### Responsibilities The Senior Business Litigation Attorney will report to the Litigation Partner and will be responsible for: * Drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, discovery, and motions. * Attending court conferences, taking depositions and arguing motions. * Leading by example with a strong work ethic, constructive feedback, and positive attitude. * Having significant client contact. * Being involved in client development and the growth of the firm. ### Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role will have: * At least 10 full years of experience litigating commercial disputes. * Practical and resourceful with legal research and writing. * Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and motions. * Positive, resilient, and confident attitude. * Polished and poised with lots of energy. * Respectful towards everyone. * Always responsive and often proactive. * Been involved in document productions and understand how the process works. * Attended court conferences and depositions. * A passion for being a lawyer and in particular a litigator. * Efficient and effective communication skills. * A great sense of humor and litigation deadlines do not phase you. * Experience litigating copyright, trademark, or employment matters (a plus, not required). ### Why Us?
