A well-established, AV-rated law firm is seeking experienced attorney with expertise in litigation and/or insurance coverage to join their expanding teams across multiple office locations. Candidates with experience in professional liability, general liability, employment law, complex litigation, products liability, and construction defects are highly encouraged to apply. Location:

Duties:

• Evaluate and resolve complex legal issues in litigation and insurance coverage matters.
• Represent clients in various types of insurance defense and coverage cases.
• Collaborate with teams on legal strategy and case development.
• Manage full litigation cycles from pre-trial through settlement or trial.
• Engage in client interaction, advising on legal matters, and maintaining relationships.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the firm’s practice.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance defense and coverage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and function well within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the respective jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of insurance coverage, liability defense, and litigation strategies.
• Ability to handle complex legal issues and clients’ needs effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting of motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
