Overview

Join the progressive and technology-driven Encompass Group of Nelson Mullins, a national, AmLaw 100 law firm, as an E-Discovery / Document Review Project Manager. As a member of the Encompass Discovery Counsel Team, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple teams and ensuring the efficient movement of data through the EDRM process. This position is available in either our Columbia, SC or Nashville, TN locations.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between merits counsel, client teams, and review teams
- Manage multiple teams to efficiently move data through the EDRM
- Prepare documentation and project specifications for matter support
- Monitor daily activity, provide status reports, and administer feedback to first-level reviewers
- Communicate regularly with QC and leadership teams to ensure exceptional work-product and adherence to timelines and budget
- Utilize knowledge of litigation technology, including key applications and databases
- Conduct quality control processes for document review projects
- Develop reports, processes, and systems to generate predictable results for large and complex projects
- Provide guidance and feedback to review and QC teams

Qualifications

- required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing large document review teams
- Working knowledge of litigation technology and key applications such as Relativity, Concordance, Cellebrite, and Clearwell
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills
