Corporate/Capital Markets Associate
Candidate should have 5+ years of law firm experience in the following: working on sophisticated mergers & acquisitions transactions and experience in devising and negotiating different transaction structures (public company M&A, private M&A, joint ventures); working on corporate governance and general corporate matters and private securities offerings. Exchange Act reporting, public company and SEC compliance, 40 Act reporting compliance and fund formation a plus. Should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills, strong academic background and a desire for team-work, significant responsibility and client interaction.
