**Overview:**

Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete is looking for an experienced associate with 3-5 years of experience in the state of Georgia. The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial claim pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Significant experience in Georgia workers’ compensation law is preferred.

**Responsibilities:**

- Draft and respond to discovery and initial claim pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently and as part of a team

The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also have active admission to practice and be in good standing in the State of Georgia.
