Job Requirements:

- Ideal candidates have 5+ years of legal practice, preferably with significant transactional experience, and a strong interest in the development and construction of renewable energy projects.
- Renewable energy experience is preferred, but not required.
- Additional preference for backgrounds and expertise in the Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Tax areas of law.
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, are essential for regular client interaction.
- Superior analytical, legal writing, and grammar skills are a must.
- Candidates must have superior academic credentials from an accredited, top tier law school.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Represent independent power producers or engineering, procurement, and construction contractors in the development and construction of renewable energy projects.
- Regularly interact with in-house counsel and commercial representatives of clients.
- Conduct legal research and analysis, and draft legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends.

Qualifications and Skills:
