The DIA is responsible for administering the Commonwealth's Workers' Compensation System and providing prompt and fair compensation to victims of occupational injuries and illnesses. The successful candidate will be based in the DIA's Boston office and will work under the direction of the DIA General Counsel to investigate, defend, resolve, and handle claims brought against the Workers' Compensation Trust Fund (WCTF). This position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and cases, as well as the potential for a hybrid work schedule after a probationary period.
