We are a multi-state law firm that specializes in utilizing technology to create work flow efficiencies for our clients and business partners. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing Hawaii litigation cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage and transaction matters. Your main objective will be to protect our clients' interests in litigation proceedings. While it is preferred that candidates have experience with judicial foreclosure matters, this is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and analytical skills, as well as strong oral advocacy skills. An active license to practice law in the state of Hawaii is also required. Your duties and responsibilities will include managing cases from start to finish, providing analysis and strategic advice to clients, drafting court pleadings, handling discovery, and attending court hearings. You may also be responsible for other duties and special projects as needed. To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and a Juris Doctorate. Previous experience in litigation, real estate, and/or mortgage law is preferred. You must also be admitted to practice law in the state of Hawaii and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet is also required.
