Salary: $225,000 - $310,000, with potential for discretionary merit bonuses.

Practice: Patents and Innovations (Counseling and Prosecution) in the fields of cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, or digital health.

Location: Boston, Boulder, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington .

Experience: 1-4 years of patent prosecution law firm experience, patent bar membership, and advanced degrees in relevant fields. Prior patent agent experience preferred.
