As part of this team, you will work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities, gaining valuable experience and exposure to a prestigious client base across the globe.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with shareholders on complex international and domestic transactions
• Represent major banks, leasing companies, airlines, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other investors
• Focus on financing, leasing, acquisition and disposition, restructuring, and enforcement of aviation, rail, maritime, and general equipment assets

Qualifications:
• . degree (or equivalent)
• 2-5 years of transactional experience at a law firm
• Experience in one or more of the following: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation
• Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Admitted (and in good standing) in applicable jurisdiction, or taking steps to become admitted
