Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support to clients on matters related to ERISA Title I.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to ERISA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to ERISA matters.
  • Advise clients on fiduciary responsibilities and obligations under ERISA.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of ERISA compliance strategies.
  • Represent clients in ERISA-related litigation and administrative proceedings.
  • Stay abreast of developments in ERISA law and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience practicing law, with a focus on ERISA Title I.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ERISA fiduciary responsibility rules, prohibited transaction restrictions, and plan asset rules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
