As a Corporate and Securities Litigation Staff Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in corporate and securities litigation matters. This includes conducting legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, and participating in hearings and trials. You will also have the opportunity to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least four years of state and federal court litigation experience in Texas, as well as strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Membership in the Texas bar is also required.
