Ice Miller LLP is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Healthcare Associate to join our Healthcare Transactions practice group in Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis or Philadelphia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney with at least four years of experience in health care transactional matters. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, private equity deals, and other contractual arrangements. In addition, you will provide counsel to healthcare providers on regulatory matters such as fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement issues.

Location: Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, Philadelphia

Experience: Minimum of 4 years
