Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for its Civil Litigation Practice Group.

## Summary
Law Firm is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney with 1-5 years’ experience to join its Civil Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and academic credentials, strong writing and research skills, exceptional personal interaction skills and a commitment to superior client service.

Responsibilities will include:

- Evaluating case files
- Motion practice
- Attending and arguing at court hearings
- Conducting depositions
- Defending client depositions
- Mediations
- Trial preparation
