# Paralegal - Document Review ## Overview Are you a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise? Join our team at UnitedLex as a Paralegal and be a part of our Document Review group! We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21 per hour. Prior document review experience is a plus, but not required. We will provide state-of-the-art training for all new hires. ## Hours of Operation Standard hours of operation are 7am-7pm in your local time zone with core business hours of 10am-3pm. You are flexible to create your own schedule within the hours of operation, provided you actively communicate with your review manager. The successful candidate will have a certificate from an ABA-approved Paralegal Education Program, an associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, as well as excellent attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills. They will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of legal documents, utilizing analytical skills and legal knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance, performing targeted legal research to support case development and strategy, and adhering strictly to client confidentiality and data protection regulations. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.
