Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is seeking a full-time associate to join our Intellectual Property practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to further develop their skills and grow their practice while maintaining a strong work-life balance. Flexible hours are available for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with seasoned partners in a well-established and growing patent and intellectual property practice.
- Develop and maintain a high level of professional expertise and visibility.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Collaborate with a team of lawyers, paralegals, and clients.

Requirements:

- Eligible for the patent bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a technical field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a legal environment (in-house and/or law firm).
- Graduate in the top 20% of a reputable and accredited law school.
- Excellent communication, drafting, writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in groups with lawyers, paralegals, clients, and other advisors.
