## Introduction

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is searching for a Consumer Financial Regulatory Associate with a minimum of four years’ experience to join their market-leading team. The ideal candidate should have experience with consumer financial regulations, including those relating to payments and credit products. Outstanding communication skills are also required, as is an unrelenting commitment to client service.

## Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:

* A minimum of four years’ experience working on regulatory matters
* Experience with consumer financial regulations, including those relating to payments and credit products at the state and federal levels and unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices laws
* Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
* An unrelenting commitment to client service
* Experience with emerging platforms/FinTech, mortgage lenders/services, cryptocurrency and other digital assets is a plus
* Must be a member of a local bar in good standing

The annualized salary range for this position in New York City is $230,000 to $265,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
