# Wisconsin Associate Attorney
Law firm Diaz Anselmo & Associates . is looking for an exceptional and motivated Associate Attorney with a minimum of 5-years’ experience in Default Services. The position is remote, however, the candidate must reside in Wisconsin.

## Qualifications and Requirements
- In Good Standing with Wisconsin for a minimum of 5 years
- Illinois bar membership
- 5+ years of experience in Default/Financial Services
- Ability to deal with legal issues in a practical and efficient manner
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills

## Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and sign documents and pleadings
- Draft and execute documents and perform legal research
- Attend court hearings/matters for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy departments

Law firm Diaz Anselmo & Associates . has been providing legal services to the financial services industry for over 30 years. The firm specializes in creditor’s rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and real estate transactions with services in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio and Kentucky.
