Responsibilities:

• Evaluate cases, conduct discovery, and report findings.
• Schedule depositions and court appearances.
• Prepare cases for trial and manage time efficiently.
• Research, analyze, depose, and handle cases.
• Exhibit excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in litigation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Knowledgeable in the healthcare industry.
• Trial experience and liability defense a plus.

Salary Range:

Law Firm offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$175,000 + bonus. Our unique bonus structure provides ample opportunity to increase your earning potential based on individuals and company performance. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package provides additional financial security.
