A respected law firm in Atlanta is seeking an experienced litigation attorney with expertise in corporate or real estate matters. The ideal candidate will bring 3-6 years of litigation experience and a passion for managing their caseload. This opportunity allows for representing homeowners and condominium associations in various legal matters, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
Duties:
- Represent condominium and homeowner associations in complex litigation cases.
- Advise on day-to-day corporate issues, including governing documents, amendments, and covenant enforcement.
- Provide legal counsel on Fair Housing Act issues and contract negotiations.
- Manage litigation involving insurance defense, election disputes, and general real estate matters.
- Offer advice on nonprofit issues and parliamentary procedure.
- Handle assessment collection and intra-corporate disputes.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate or real estate litigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active membership with the State Bar of Georgia.
