As the Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and clients in all aspects of immigration law. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Liaison between outside counsel and employees to coordinate immigration filings and gather necessary information
- Coordinate heavy scheduling and calendaring for attorney meetings, court deadlines, depositions, and more
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to obtain relevant case information
- Organize and manage documents, records, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Utilize technical skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and transcription to prepare and finalize immigration petitions and applications
- Collaborate effectively with a team to achieve success in all cases

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal
- Familiarity with federal and state court procedures and e-filing requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
- Bilingual skills are a plus

Requirements:

- Draft legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, briefs, and more
- Assist with client engagement and retention processes
- Provide support in opening new matters and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
