This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and handle a wide range of corporate transactions. We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and other related areas.

- Manage business, transactional, and corporate matters
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal due diligence

- Thorough understanding of corporate law and transactions

Requirements and Qualifications:
