Responsibilities

As an employment litigation associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Performing legal research and drafting legal documents such as memoranda, motions, and pleadings
- Attending court conferences and handling discovery-related activities and investigations
- Drafting position statements and dispositive motions
- Counseling clients on employment law matters

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law in Ohio
- 5+ years of employment litigation experience
- Ability to handle cases from inception to trial
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
