This position presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned attorney with a strong background in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will be joining an established team of litigators with extensive experience in handling high-stakes cases in both state and federal courts. Duties:

• Manage and handle complex commercial litigation cases from inception through trial
• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue motions, including discovery motions, dispositive motions, and class certification motions
• Collaborate with other attorneys and teams across various practice areas
• Provide high-level legal advice and strategies to clients
• Represent clients in both state and federal court
• Participate in trial preparation and strategy sessions

Requirements:

• 10+ years of significant litigation experience in complex commercial matters
• Strong experience in managing high-profile cases from start to finish
• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in case management
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Admitted to practice in California and good standing with the California Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar

Skills:

• Strong litigation skills, including drafting, research, and motion practice
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and meet deadlines
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software
