Salary Information:

• Associates at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP are compensated based on leading market rates.
• The salary range for this position is dependent upon the level of experience and the office location.
• A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000.

Experience Information:

• Ideal candidates will have between 2 – 5 years of experience and excellent academic credentials.
• Candidates should have transactional antitrust experience, including HSR and deal counseling, and merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, and other enforcement agencies.
• Experience with other substantive antitrust compliance counseling and agency-facing work is also desired.
