  • Draft and review offering documents, prospectuses, and other transactional documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage transactional closings.
  • Advise clients on compliance with securities laws and regulations.
  • Assist with drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements related to corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

 

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in capital markets and securities transactions.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
