A leading law firm is seeking a dedicated Technical Advisor to support its Patent Prosecution & Litigation practice, specializing in Electrical Engineering & Software. Duties:

• Provide technical expertise to attorneys in the preparation, prosecution, and litigation of patent applications.
• Conduct in-depth research on complex technological issues, particularly in the fields of electrical engineering and software.
• Assist in the evaluation and analysis of patent portfolios and technical documents.
• Support litigation teams with technical analyses and expert opinions for patent infringement and validity cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical insights in legal strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
• Experience with wireless communication technologies (5G, 6G, 3GPP standards) is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
