Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with over 20 offices in 10 states, is currently seeking a Toxic Tort Associate to join our team in either our Metro NY or New Jersey offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate with prior experience in Toxic Tort law to join a dynamic and collaborative firm.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 4+ years of experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trials. They must also be admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. Additionally, strong written and strategic thinking skills are essential for this role.
