Tax Senior Associate, Asset Management - Real Estate

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Business Tax Services practice, specifically working with real estate businesses in the asset management industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and provide valuable tax compliance and advisory services to a variety of clients.

Responsibilities:

- Advise and assist real estate businesses operating as REITs, partnerships, and corporations with tax compliance and planning strategies
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience to clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement
- Manage and lead teams of tax professionals and assistants on various client projects
- Provide high-quality tax services and advice to clients
- Contribute to market and business activities by supporting the firm's High Growth Sectors

Qualifications:

- Minimum of two years of partnership tax experience with an accounting firm, asset manager, or law firm
- Bachelor's degree, ., . in taxation, or Master's in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college or university
- Strong understanding of partnership taxation
- Excellent advisory and compliance skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams effectively
