Duties:
- Represent clients in various civil practice areas, including litigation, transactions, and employment matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and other essential paperwork.
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel to both individual and business clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on complex cases, offering legal insights and support.
- Manage client files and maintain effective communication throughout the lifecycle of legal matters.
- Participate in case strategy discussions and provide recommendations on case developments.
- Ensure timely completion of legal tasks and meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Stay updated on legal developments and continuously enhance professional knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on civil practice areas such as litigation, transactions, or employment law.
- Admission to the New Mexico Bar is required.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

- Commitment to high ethical standards and professional integrity.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
