## Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a . and be licensed in Missouri. Family law experience is preferred, but not required. Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing and drafting legal documents for filing, drafting pleadings and motions, and corresponding with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases. The attorney must ensure the accuracy of all documents prepared and be prepared to promptly appear in court on all cases assigned. The attorney will also handle all aspects of the cases assigned to them, conduct legal research, and perform administrative duties as necessary.
