Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage legal teams for privacy, data, cyber security, tech, AI, and IP matters
- Provide guidance and support to business units and corporate functions on all aspects of privacy and cyber security requirements
- Advise, counsel, structure, and negotiate technology and intellectual property-related transactions and contracts

- Support the creation of policies, procedures, and training to promote awareness of privacy, security, and records management requirements
