Job Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support and guidance on complex health care transactions

- Conduct legal research and analysis

- Maintain a strong understanding of corporate and health care laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate (JD) required
- Active license to practice law in the State of Florida
- Four to six years of corporate transactions, M&A, health law, and regulatory experience
- Strong academic record and excellent analytical skills
- Experience with complex health care transactions
- Knowledge of health care compliance and fraud and abuse matters is preferred
