Position Summary:
- Seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our Real Estate practice group in our Dallas, TX office
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in general real estate transactional matters, such as leasing and purchase/sale transactions, real estate finance and/or development incentives
- Must have experience drafting real estate agreements
- Strong academic record and prior large law firm experience preferred

Qualifications/Skills:
- Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Admission to Texas state bar
- Ability to interface directly with clients
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Outstanding judgment

Physical Requirements:
- Generally sedentary in nature; involves sitting most of the time, but may require brief periods of inter-office mobility
- Ability to lift up to 10-20 lbs.
- Efficient communication skills
- Repetitive motions required
- Ability to see and read PC screens, detect color coding, read fine print, and/or normal type size print
