Title: Mid-Level Associate in Construction & Public Contracts at Hinckley Allen

The Law Firm of Hinckley Allen is currently seeking a mid-level associate to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We represent construction clients in all aspects of their businesses, and this role will involve a variety of tasks such as bid protests, claim preparation and presentation, negotiations, mediations, litigation, and appeals. We are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience, who is able to take and defend depositions, draft and argue dispositive motions, and prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trial.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with e-discovery and litigating construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, and breach of contract claims. Admission to the Florida Bar is required for this position.
